1. Our insurance covers no driver under 25 years old

2. No vehicles are permitted on the beach or bay areas.

3. You must have a valid Driver's License.  

4. No more than the designated number of individuals on a vehicles, i.e., 4 people on a 4-person cart or 4 people on a 6-person cart.

5. All passengers must be seated at all times while using the vehicles.  

6. Do not leave keys in the ignition when the vehicle is not in use.

7. Renters are responsible for any damage to the vehicles.

8. If any of these terms are violated, the vehicle will be confiscated with no refund. 

The speed limit on Harbour Island is 15 mph.  Please drive on the left at all times.
